Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please, follow these guidelines when reporting a problem with any of our products:
Always attach your Log.txt file. If you include it in your first report, a lot of time will be saved for you and us.
You can find this file in the main X-Plane folder. This file is overwritten every time the simulator starts, so do it like this: start the simulator, load the aircraft, observe that the problem is present, close the simulator, and finally, attach the file.
Describe your problem in detail, and always include the specific steps to reproduce, the expected result, and the experienced result. Include any information related to route, flight phase and flight mode, that might be relevant to the issue you are experiencing.
Include screenshots or links to videos that may help reproduce/understand the problem.
If your issue is related to activation, include your order and serial number.
